Knowing what to focus on is half the problem. The other half is knowing what you want to achieve. Working together your group will distill their values down to a set of fundamental objectives and brainstorm performance metrics.
You will receive a summary report categorizing the full suite of potential decisions into 'already decided', 'focus decisions', and 'decide later'. Your group will also receive a summary of the fundamental objectives, related means objectives, and ideas on how to measure performance.
