Looking for assistance in comparing several alternatives? We can help your group gain insight into potential consequences and understand preferences to inform your decision.
You will leverage the wisdom of your group to compare strategy alternatives against fundamental objectives in a collaborative and structured way. Those insights will allow you to see why a strategy might be better for a given objective and identify major uncertainties.
Each group member will reflect on the tradeoffs they are willing to make and their resulting preferences for strategy alternatives. We will collect their preferences through an anonymous poll.
Your group will receive a report that captures the performance of the different strategy alternatives, how uncertainty affects their performance, and reported preferences for each strategy. Your group will also receive clear direction on next-steps for making the decision.
